SUPPORT - ‘phil&teddy’ teddy bear

The ‘phil&teddy’ Teddy Bear was supplied free between 2010 and 2015 as gifts to child patients in Wellington, Christchurch and Waikato Hospitals as part of our sponsorship of a charity.

Tests results show that the bear fuzz may come loose and/or the seam may split exposing the filling material. We wish to avoid any potential risk.

Children should STOP USING their ‘phil&teddy’ Teddy Bear and parents should DISPOSE of the bear.

The ‘phil&teddy’ Teddy Bear is identified as having printed on the bears hospital gown the words “phil&teddy” on the front and “phil&teds” on the back.
