Freight & handling (Shipping) charges

• NZ: FREE! on all orders NZ$50 and over. Orders under NZ$50 pay NZ$5.
• Some smaller parts are available to order from an offshore warehouse when not available in New Zealand, special shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout

Delivery time frames

Orders will be processed and sent for dispatch the day they are placed, or the following business day for orders placed over the weekend. All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

• NZ: 1-4 business days. Additional 2 business days for delivery to rural properties.
• Some smaller parts are available to order from an offshore warehouse when not available in New Zealand and expected delivery time frames are 20-30 days
