phil&teds nav v1 and v2

The sport 2015 - 2019 / phil&teds nav was launched in 2012

There has been two versions of the

phil&teds nav; the v1 has a foot pedal brake and the v2 has auto stop brake on the handle. 

The sport model between 2015 and 2019  has an auto stop brake on the handle. 

If you are unsure if you have the phil&teds nav v1 or its predecessor explorer look out for the way the stroller unfolds. The sport 2015 / phil&teds nav has a latch that keeps the stroller folded, explorer has a red button that needs to be pushed in to unfold it.

DOT

The dot was launched in 2012. This ultra compact stroller comes with 10" wheels. 

There has been three versions, v1, v2 and v3. To tell the difference, the webbing straps of the v1 harness go through the back of the seat and attach to the rear of the frame - with v2 they do not. The v3 has aerotech wheels where as the v1 and v2 had air filled wheels. 

A brand new version dot was launched in 2019.

     
smart lux smart lux

The smart lux is a compact stroller with four wheels (air filled in rear, smaller puncture proof EVA wheels at the front). It has aluminium frame and it comes in three colours: ruby, cobalt and taupe. The stroller takes one seat only.

smart

The smart is a compact lightweight stroller that was released in 2010. The smart seat is made of aerocore rubber and it has four puncture proof EVA wheels.

There has been two versions, v1 and v2 and the easiest way to tell the difference is the frame, the colour of the v1 frame is silver whereas the v2 is black.

The explorer was manufactured between 2010 and 2012. It has a one hand compact fold, a separate liner and foot pedal brake. It also has a follow-the-sun sunhood and a plastic footwell. 

To tell the difference between the explorer and its successor, phil&teds navigator v1, see how the unfolding mechanism works. The explorer has a red button that needs to be pushed in to unfold, the sport 2015 / phil&teds navigator has a frame latch.

classic

The classic v1 was manufactured between 2008 and 2010. It was available in red only. It has a fixed handle which can be turned around allowing a second position for it. 

The classic v2 was launched in 2010. It has a one hand compact fold and a wire foot brake. It has a fixed handle which can be turned around allowing a second position for it. The classic v2 is available in black only.

s3 S3 was released in late 2011. S3 is available in the US only. It has air filled tyres and a multi adjustable handle and this was sold as a bundle with the double kit.

The sport buggies were manufactured between 2007 and 2010. There is a tag on the sunhood that says 'sport'.

The sport has a wire foot brake and it folds with two levers on each side 

Two versions, v1 and v2 were manufactured. A quick way to tell the difference is the frame lock - this was introduced with the v2 (it clicks and stays in the folded position) whereas the v1 stays in the folded position with a frame strap.

The e3 strollers were manufactured between 2003 and 2007. There were two different versions, v1 and v2.

The easiest way to tell if it is an e3 v1 or v2 is by the double kit attachment on the back of the stroller. If there are two short pegs or posts it is a v2. If there are two female connectors (hollow steel tubes) it is a v1. 

On e3 v2 strollers, 'e3' is embroidered on the seat. 

On e3 v1 stroller, the word 'explorer' is sewn on the stroller's seat.

classic twin The classic twin was manufactured between 2008 and 2009. It was available in red only and the stroller had multi adjustable handle.
