Item is missing and has not shown up. I have been in contact with "customer service" for a month now. They had known my item was missing then said they will be going on vacation but when they return they will send the item off... Why not send it before they go? I would have had it by now if they had. Now I'll be going on my trip without it. I ordered the item over a month ago.

I bought it for the light trips when I do not need car seat and it is perfect also for airplane travelling

These straps provide a simple and low cost option to convert the go stroller into a travel system. Because the straps feed through the carseat's seat belt path, it is actually usable for a lot of carseats, more than what is officially listed. However, you do have to be careful with the placement of the seat in the stroller, to make sure the straps keep the carseat secure; and that the carseat is well balanced in the stroller. Sometimes I'd look at the setup and think it was totally going to fall over; but it was surprisingly secure. If I needed an everyday travel system over rough terrain this would NOT be the right setup. However, it is a great option to have in the city or when travelling, if you need a lightweight and simple option to move an infant in a carseat.
